Log into your account - your points can be viewed at the bottom right corner of your screen.
How soon will my points be credited to my account after purchase?
Your points should become available on your account 48 hours after purchase.
What happens if I completed an activity but I haven’t earned points?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your points to appear in your account. If over 48 hours have elapsed, please contact us at info@bellaaura.com.
Do my points expire?
No, your points will not expire.
What if I return an item?
If you return an item, any pending points will be cancelled and removed from your account.
