Skin Fasting: Time to Give Your Skin A Break to Renew Your Complexion & Glow


Your skin comes equipped with the best cream: Its own natural moisture barrier, and it has the ability to renew itself. Less is more. Is it necessary to layer 10 products a day? Does your skin need all that? In actuality, excessive moisturizing makes your skin lazy and stops it from producing its own natural moisture.

Most of us are familiar with the concept of fasting, and it has many benefits including eliminating toxins, repairing damaged organs, and overall increasing overall health and vitality.
