Spring into a new skin regimen 
 
Spring is upon us, and while the weather may still be a little cool, now is the perfect time to tweak your beauty routine and begin preparing your skin for the coming months. A quality skincare regimen will allow your natural beauty to shine through.
 
Winter air can wreak havoc on our complexion, leaving skin dull and dry. An emulsion is great year round and acts as a lightweight moisturizer. While you're at it, trade in your heavy foundation for one that is also lightweight and has an SPF protection of 15 or higher. Staying hydrated will help to keep your skin looking radiant. Fresh fruits and vegetables will be more readily available soon, and eating more healthy, fresh foods will also have a positive effect on your skin. Fresh is always best, and soon your choices will be widely varied. From strawberries to tomatoes and asparagus to spinach, you can take small steps to make a big impact on your health and your skin will radiate beauty from the inside out.
 
Booking a springtime facial can be a relaxing and fun way to pamper yourself while rejuvenating the skin. Spring is often considered a time of renewal, with new flowers and leaves, baby animals, and green grass. It can be a time of renewal for your complexion as well, as dull and lifeless skin is exfoliated to reveal radiant, new skin.
 
You will likely notice changes in your skin as winter becomes a memory, since springtime air holds more moisture. Skin can  become more oily and the lightweight emulsion and foundation will help control the oil. With more sunshine, and the likelihood that you will be outside enjoying it, sun protection is important. An SPF of 15 or higher will help you protect your skin from harmful UV rays and burning.
